Cathee Lee

President


Cathee (Catherine) Lee, RYT-200, is a registered yoga instructor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and her Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from the University of Maryland. She is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.


Cathee is currently in the process of completing a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training from Radiance Yoga in Alexandria, Virginia, and, concurrently, a 300-hour yoga therapy training program with Svastha Yoga in India (virtual).


Cathee is committed to bringing movement and mindfulness practices to individuals and groups that have traditionally faced barriers to these life-changing practices.

Anne Ramsey

Secretary


Anne Ramsey, RYT 200, is a registered yoga instructor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the  University of Houston and her Masters of Public Administration from Arkansas State University.


Anne has completed additional trainings in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga. 


Anne believes yoga shout be equal parts peaceful meditation and joyful fun. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone. 

Grace Wolski

Treasurer


Dr. Grace Wolski, D.Ac., L.Ac., RYT-200, is a licensed, board-certified acupuncturist and registered yoga teacher specializing in holistic healing and pain management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Anthropology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Maine, spending time living in Spain, Costa Rica, and Thailand during her studies.


After returning to the U.S., Grace founded and operated a non-profit community wellness center in Portland, Maine, before traveling to India to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She later moved to Virginia, where she earned both her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, and is currently in the process of completing a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training to achieve her RYT-500 by the end of 2026.


Grace is passionate about her work in guiding others through their own journeys of reconnecting with their bodies as they pursue balance and inner peace. 

Eve Efron

Director


Eve Efron, RYT-200, is a registered yoga instructor and assisted stretch specialist. She completed her Yoga & Ayurveda training certification at Beloved Yoga Sanctuary in Reston, VA, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Quinnipiac University.


Specializing in Hatha yoga, Eve teaches breath-led classes that support nervous system regulation and deepen the mind-body connection. She believes yoga is a deeply personal practice and tailors her teaching to meet each student’s unique needs, offering thoughtful modifications and accommodations. Eve is also a bodyworker specializing in assisted stretching, helping clients improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. 


Guided by Sutra 2.46, “Sthira Sukha Asanam,” she encourages a balance of ease and effort both on and off the mat.
